Hi All,

I have been creating new accounts without any problem until recently I started to encounter the following error messages when I created every new accounts:

Document/object specified by 12001ea680001ae1 does not exists.
(Code: DM_API_E_EXIST)

Cannot fetch a group - Invalid object ID 12001ea680001ae1.
(Code: DM_GROUP_E_CANT_FETCH_INVALID_ID)

RPC error 104 occurred: Unknown error code 104 (_nl_error_ = 0). Extended network error: 0
(Code: DM_SESSION_E_RPC_ERROR)

Event with the above error messages but the accounts seem to be created ok and functioning normally, no user complain or report any access issue. The object id 12001ea680001ae1 with the leading 0x12 is a dm_group object, the group name has been identified, there is no issue reported by the users belong to that group, instead to wait until the real issue occur, I need to debug the above error messages and better understanding the cause.

Any one has experienced these errors when creating new account?

Thank you,

Vance
